LE-M Magnet Plate
The Ariumlab LE–M low elution Plate is specifically designed for automated workflows requiring low volumes, down to 5 µL. Thanks to the shallower seating of PCR wells in the LE-M magnet plate, the magnetic bead ring forms lower in the well, enabling effective elution with as little as 8–10 µL. This ensures high recovery rates while minimizing the use of reagents.
To address the common issue of bent PCR plates, which often lead to inconsistent results, we’ve added an angled frame around the top of our plate. This unique feature not only straightens the PCR plate but also guides it precisely into position on the magnets during automation.

Compatibility:
The Ariumlab LE-M Magnet Plate is designed to be compatible with most 96-well PCR plates, including full-skirted, semi-skirted, and non-skirted formats. While it is not suitable for single PCR strips, it works reliably with a variety of commonly used plates, such as:

STORAGE METHOD
Use the product in medium room temperatures, but it is better to store them in a cold, dry place below 45°C (113°F)
