Magnetic Separation

Levitation X-24PLT Magnet Plate with 48 ring magnets is used for bead separation from larger sample volumes. Why cooling and heating is important for molecular diagnostics:

  1. Enzyme activity: Many molecular diagnostic techniques rely on enzymes, such as polymerases, ligases, and restriction enzymes, to catalyze reactions. ACHU unit has 2 thermoelectric coolers that are controlled by a PID controller.
